In order to link the structure of an exhibition or guiding with the expectances and the interest of the visitors, corresponding reliable and interesting data is necessary. With the component “stats” within the localization systems of art2guide even more valuable knowledge on the behaviour of visitors can be gained than by the classical inquiries:
Provided the visitor agrees, a central server records what points of references where aimed at by the respective visitor and how long the visitor stayed there. In this regard the reference points can be chosen in a free way, so that only such data will be gathered which is of interest to you.

Additionally there will recorded information on which exhibits the visitors asked for more detailed information out of the guiding system. Together this data is showing a comprehensive picture, basing on which you will be able to define your planning for several years in regard to the demand of your customers.

Moreover, our component “asks” enables an evaluation for which personal answers are necessary, e.g. on visitors structure or inquiries of the individual feeling – completely comfortable on the iPod touch.

Electronic questionnaires in multiple-choice style can be combined with free input of text or numbers on the iPod touch-keyboard – without paperwork and without need of personnel expenditure and even with automated processing of the data on the server.

Offline-versions of “ask” and “stats” are possible even without localization system. The data will be locally gathered on the iPod touch and being recorded after passing to the loading station or another point of recording.
